QVE Leads is an AI lead-response service for US-based service businesses, headquartered in New York City. We help businesses respond to inbound leads quickly via email, SMS, and AI-powered voice.
We use your information to respond to your inquiry, send service-related communications (including SMS), provide our AI lead-response service to the business you're inquiring about, and improve our product. We do not sell your information.
If you provide your phone number and consent to SMS communication, QVE Leads or the business you've inquired about may send you SMS messages related to your inquiry. This may include appointment confirmations, reminders, follow-up questions, and service updates. Message frequency varies based on the nature of your inquiry. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive. Reply HELP to any message for assistance. QVE Leads does not share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes. Your phone number is used only for the specific business inquiry you submitted and is shared only with the business you contacted, if applicable.
We share inquiry data with the specific business you've contacted so they can respond to you. We do not sell data. We use vetted service providers to operate our platform: Twilio for SMS delivery, Resend for email delivery, Anthropic for AI processing, and Supabase for data storage. Each of these providers operates under a standard data processing agreement and uses the data only to deliver their service to us.
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing contact@qvelead.com. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
